Spane Park

Located in Paramount, Spane Park is a 5 acre neighborhood park. Spane Park will feature a playground, picnic areas, a large field for soccer, art features, and a picturesque stream and pond. To make choices about new park features residents participate in design workshops. New features could include an improved, shaded playground, additional picnic areas, a restored pond area with native habitat, a U10 soccer field, and an underground stormwater capture feature. This project was identified through the Lower LA River Working Group as one of various opportunity projects for stormwater capture and connectivity with the river.
